1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Illinois Truck Parking facilities located at 2000 Dolton Dr., Calumet City, Illinois 60904, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Facilities

Permitted Use: Our facilities are designated for the parking and storage of commercial trucks, trailers, and related commercial vehicles.

Access: Authorized users will be provided with access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

Vehicle Requirements: All vehicles must be properly registered, insured, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance for the selected parking period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Late payments may result in suspension of access to the facility.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice for monthly contracts.

4. Liability and Insurance

Insurance Required: All vehicles must maintain adequate insurance coverage. You are required to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Limitation of Liability: While we maintain security measures, Illinois Truck Parking is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss to vehicles or their contents. Parking is at your own risk.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage caused by your vehicle to our property or other vehicles.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Storage of hazardous materials without prior written approval
• Major vehicle repairs or maintenance work
• Subletting or transferring your parking space without authorization
• Unauthorized commercial activities on the premises
• Leaving vehicles in non-operational condition for extended periods
• Any illegal activities

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Daily and weekly agreements may be terminated by either party with 24 hours notice. Monthly agreements require 30 days notice for termination.

7. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left beyond the paid period without communication or payment will be considered abandoned. After 30 days, we reserve the right to remove the vehicle at the owner's expense and pursue legal remedies for unpaid fees.

8. Property Access and Security

While we provide security features including fencing, lighting, and surveillance, we do not guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to take your own precautions to protect your property.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
